Subscription Terms

O V E R V I E W

A SunJara subscription delivers your product at the frequency you select, until you change or cancel it. There is no minimum commitment. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime.

M A N A G I N G   Y O U R   S U B S C R I P T I O N

Your subscription is managed in your account, under Manage Subscription. From there you can pause a delivery, skip a delivery, change your frequency, or cancel.

Changes made through your account take effect immediately, provided they’re made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled order.

If you’d prefer a hand, email us — but please allow at least 48 hours before your processing date for us to confirm and apply the change.

Orders that have already entered processing cannot be cancelled in time and will ship as scheduled. If you receive an order you no longer want, unopened products may be returned at your own shipping cost. Contact us and we’ll arrange the return.

P A Y M E N T

Your nominated payment method is charged automatically before each scheduled delivery.

If a payment fails, we’ll retry up to [ three ] times over [ five ] days. If payment still can’t be processed, your subscription pauses automatically and we’ll email you to update your details.

C A N C E L L A T I O N S

Cancellation through your account is immediate. Any orders already processed at the time of cancellation will still ship.

P R I C I N G

Subscribers receive subscriber pricing on every delivery. If our prices change, we’ll notify you before your next order - new pricing only ever applies to deliveries scheduled afterwards, never retrospectively.

Subscriber pricing already includes the saving offered to subscribers, so subscription orders aren’t combined with promotional offers on one-time purchases.

N O T I F I C A T I O N S

You’ll receive a reminder email three days before each order is processed. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder, or confirm your email address in your account settings.

S H I P P I N G

Subscription orders follow the same shipping and delivery terms as all SunJara purchases.
