Orders & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We carefully pack each order and aim to dispatch it quickly. Delivery times depend on your location, but most orders within New Zealand arrive within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on its way.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to select international destinations. Shipping times and costs vary depending on the destination. You can check rates at checkout.

 

Can I change my delivery address?

For subscriptions: Yes! You can update your delivery address anytime through your account — your future orders will go to the new address.

For one-time purchases: Once your order has been placed, we’re unable to change the delivery address. Please double-check your details at checkout to ensure everything is correct.

Can I swap products in my subscription?

Yes! Your subscription is flexible. Log in to your account, select Manage Subscription, and swap items whenever it suits you.

 

Payments & Loyalty

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards and for all purchases. Paypal and Afterpay is available for one-time purchases but not for subscriptions.

 

Can I get a discount on my order?

Yes! Subscribe to our emails and receive 15% off your first one-time order — a little thank you to help you get started with your Sunjara essentials.

 

Returns & Damaged Items

 

Can I return a product?

We’re unable to accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or faulty. Please contact us immediately if your item is damaged — we’ll make it right.
